One of the hand shower tools was inactive but it wasn't a big matter,

The room was spacious with comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was also good with variety of food.

The friendliness of all the staff. Especially the lobby. thank you very much.

A lot of noise at night from other rooms when customers move the chairs especially at night between 4am and 6am...

It was Christmas and taking breakfast with no any single Christmas carol/music/instrument is a big joke! I do not think others who do not celebrate Christmas would be insulted if you had those carols/instrument in the breakfast area! The way you handle the payment was a big no for me. It was just like I would not pay for the bills! I was very not happy with you phone call, and as I sent to your WA, quote: you ruined my holiday mood! I was about to change to another hotel, but my family still remembered our stay last lebaran and it was good that our gonna be property was full at that time!

Breakfast is marvelous, staff are impeccable. Prime location . Near all food shopping.

Hotel was getting old, the bathroom is renovated but not the bedroom. Not enough electric sockets to charge our devices.

At check in, we asked reseptionis to store breast milk in their freezer (we also already write word "freezer" in the plastic milk container) as we plan for 2 nights stay. For the information, it was a 700ml breast milk that was pumped by my wife during our 4 days trip prior to arriving to this hotel. In fact we have also asked this (whether the hotel can store breast milk in their freezer) via phone before we book the room, and they confirm providing this service for their guest. It turned out, at check out, the hotel staff did not store our breast milk in freezer instead the store it in a chiller and as a result our breast milk spoiled and can no longer be used/given to our baby. All the hotel staffs did just say sorry without any explanation, they don't understant the effort my wife have done to pump that breast milk during our trip. The above was not the only disapointing experiences we had in this hotel.. on the morning when we ready to go for breakfast the electricity sudently turn off for almost 1 hour.. as a result we must go down to the restaurant from 6th floor using emergency stair. Btw, I have my parent (78 and 65 years old) with me and also a 3 month baby with its stroller. This was a terrible experiences for our family. We also have to eat our breakfast without light. Overall, awfull experiences in this hotel. Will definately never go back..

The room is big and the location is in the center of semarang. It is near to simpang lima.

The facilities in fitness center is poor. It is not like hotel standard fitness center

Very good location - walking distance to Malioboro Avenue. Good view to both sides of hotel from corridor and room. Personnel enthusiastic to assist.

I was not lucky with little things: - door key not working, need to change room - often no internet connection (due to storms ?). - international phone calls not working

the hotel was awesome and so clean.In term of Management I like all the people in the front desk.They were really helpful and my room was upgraded because I did a late check in and the room was full.it was a nice experience to stay here.

The traffic in the front of the hotel was not so good.the things I don't like was the hotel was an old building and renovated couple years ago but still I can feel the old furniture and I like new hotel instead of an old one.

Centrally located. An older hotel but exceptionally clean and well maintained. Huge breakfast buffet included. Super friendly and helpful staff. Eager to please. Washed our car every night.

Hot water was inconsistent. Hot one day - lukewarm the next. One TV channel had constant buzzing interference. Both of these minor problems reported to front desk but not resolved.

Most of the staffs were friendly, the location was good as well, the breakfast had variety. The hotel and the rooms were spacious.

The communications before the arrival were really awful! They asked me to pay by bank transfer and much earlier than the free cancellation time set by booking.com. Also, that communication was all in Indonesian and not in English! I had to ask a local friend to help me with the payment. Also, the air conditioning in the room could not be controlled well.

The location is very near simpang lima and in the city

When we arrived the floor was dirty,we need to ask housekeeper to re-mop as we found dried cooked rice and instant noodle crumble on the floor.even after mopping we still found dirty items on the floor.building was very old and poorly maintained,lots of black fungus and bad smell in some part of room (we booked 2 room connecting for 1 night),the breakfast was super disappointment all the hot food was cold (we came 6.20am) ,the chef who prepared omelette was not friendly enough,i had spoiled cold sausage in my plate.tried many of their dishes but overall scored 1 out of 10.everything is disappointed. Plus my shantika vip guest was now changed to values which confusing.we decide to rent this hotel because of very good feedback and experience we had from shantika jogja 2017.hope the gm in semarang shantika think well to improve the hotel facility
